Information Text on Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed by Zironsoft Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). This Clarification Text, which we have prepared as Zironsoft Data Controller, explains the purposes for which your personal data is processed within the framework of the “Information Obligation of the Data Controller” in the Law. We would like to present to whom and for what purpose your processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data, as well as your other rights specified in Article 11 of the Law.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions regarding the processing of personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. Your personal data is collected and processed verbally, in writing or electronically. The purposes of these transactions include, but are not limited to, ensuring the legal and commercial security of Zironsoft and its business partners, conducting commercial activities, and implementing human resources management and employment policies. All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and unlawful access to data, as well as to keep your personal data secure.

2. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data, applications made through the Head Office, contracted websites, other institutions that provide support services and real and legal persons who carry out transactions in accordance with all kinds of legislation or contracts, including platforms such as our website, social media accounts, orally, in writing or It is collected electronically or through other communication channels that will be established in the future. These data are collected by the COMPANY within the framework of legal regulations.

3. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the Law

When you submit your requests regarding your rights, the COMPANY will conclude them as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. These applications are currently free. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee tariff, charges may be made in accordance with this tariff.

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
